What you're in for

Zanzibar Kite Paradise has established itself as one of the island’s premier water sports centres. Being part of the exclusive Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa, and tucked away from the main village hustle and bustle, it offers much calmer atmosphere and plenty of space to spread your wings. Literally 🙂

This part of Paje Beach is brilliant for wingfoiling & kitesurfing as is much quieter. The huge shallow lagoon with a sandy bottom offers perfect conditions for the beginners who are still finding their feet, as well as the more seasoned kiters, and the coral reef way out offshore does a great job keeping the water flat. Between the two wind seasons, you will be looking at decent conditions most of the year, guaranteed.

The team at Zanzibar Kite Paradise delivers top-notch kitesurfing courses done by skilled IKO-certified instructors who speak multiple languages and genuinely love what they do. Whether you’re complete beginner or looking to nail a few tricks, the crew offers sessions tailored to every skill level. Beyond the traditional kitesurfing, Zanzibar Kite Paradise offers beginner and advanced wingfoiling courses, and if you happen to come across the rare no-wind day, you can hop on the E-Foil.

The on-site shop stocks everything from rashies and sunscreen to the latest Ozone kites and boards, whilst the beach bar provides the perfect spot to watch the action with a cold bevy. With two reliable wind seasons (December-March and June-October) delivering 300+ kiteable days annually, warm 26-30°C water temperatures, and 15-25 knot winds, you’re in for a treat. It’s no wonder Paje has become such a magnet for wind sport enthusiasts from around the world.
